Call for posters

Call to submit a poster presentation

The Leuven Brain Institute and the UCLouvain Institute of Neuroscience are organising a joint two-day meeting on Tuesday 09/09/2025 in Leuven and Wednesday 10/09/2025 in Brussels-Woluwe.

The meeting will include two poster presentation sessions.

Proposals can be submitted by researchers of both institutes. The deadline to submit a poster presentation is 30/06/2025.
Proposals must be submitted using the LBIoNS platform.

Proposals should include the following information

• Poster title
• Authors (name and affiliations)
• Presenting author
  
• Abstract (maximum 250 words)

The reuse of a research poster that has already been presented elsewhere is accepted.

The scientific committee will select the posters accepted for a presentation as the number of available poster boards is limited.
