Practical informationDay 1 in Leuven The meeting in Leuven will take place in the Auditorium Aula GA0, campus gasthuisberg, Herestraat 49, 3000 Leuven. Registration needs to be done at the registration desk in the foyer at the Auditorium Aula GA0. The poster sessions will be held in the Foyer ON4 Hall, see map below. Welcome coffee, lunch & coffee breaks will be served in the Foyer ON4.
Directions on to reach the campus coming by public transport or car can be found here. If you are coming by car, there is a large parking at the Kabouterberg, Herestraat, 3000 Leuven.
Day 2 in Woluwe The meeting in Woluwe will take place in the Lacroix Auditorium, avenue E. Mounier 51, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Registration needs to be done at the registration desk in the Simonart hall, avenue E. Mounier 71, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. See Map below. The poster sessions will be held in the Lacroix Hall, just outside the auditorium. Welcome coffee, lunch & coffee breaks will be served in the Simonart Hall, avenue E. Mounier 71, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Directions on to reach the campus coming by public transport or car can be found here. If you are coming by car, you can park your car at parking « Hippocrate » or « Esplanade », avenue Hippocrate 10, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
